- DUNIYA is a cozy little curry restaurant situated in Higashi-Hie, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka.
- We serve masala cuisine with a Japanese touch based on Indian home-style cooking and Asian and African recipes.
- We love home-style cooking, so unlike imperial cuisine, the majority of the dishes that we serve are not heavy.
The mixture of spices we use is inspired by Indian cooking, but changes from day to day.
Our masala paste and garam masala also change with the seasonal availability of vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.
We experiment with masala and find peace in cooking!
- We are in the process of designing a curry menu that uses halal food to serve the needs of the local Islamic community. We will gradually be adding more halal dishes to our menu, so look out for more halal options in the future.
